Zahra Relief Foundation Commences 2026 Ramadan Feeding Programme

Zahra Relief Foundation has commenced its annual Ramadan Feeding Programme to support vulnerable people with daily Iftar meals during the holy month of Ramadan.

The programme kicked off on Thursday, 2nd Ramadan 1447AH (19th February 2026) with the distribution of meals at Ruga Yar Kasuwa, Maraba, Abuja. Hundreds of beneficiaries, both male and female, benefited from the distribution of Iftar meals on the first day of the exercise.

The Ramadan feeding program will continue in additional areas and selected states across Nigeria throughout the Ramadan period, in Sha Allah, as part of the Foundation’s ongoing humanitarian intervention aimed at alleviating hardship during Ramadan.

For the 2026 Ramadan programme, we aim to reach 10,000 beneficiaries, representing a significant expansion from the 4,000 people supported in the previous year.

The Foundation expresses appreciation to donors and supporters whose generosity continues to sustain its humanitarian activities and bring relief to those in need.
